Services Provided - Removal of existing weighbridge, infrastructure around weighbridge and civil preparation of project area. - Supply, installation and commissioning of new 12 x 3 meter concrete infill weighbridge with digital loadcells. - Fabrication and install of new fencing and weighbridge approach infrastructure. - Fabrication and installation of new guillotine gates, hydraulic controls and hydraulic pump. Outcome - Increased efficiency with stock flow through the weighing process increased by 50% - Weighbridge designed with ease of ongoing cleaning and maintenance in mind. - Higher lift guillotine gates installed reducing the risk of incurring damage via contact with animals and enabling ease of machine access for both cleaning and calibration work. - Ongoing service provision for both weighbridge and hydraulic control system.
